Yancey’s Fancy is a family-owned, local cheese company known for crafting award-winning cheeses with pride and tradition. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Packaging Associates to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM
Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
What You’ll Do

Package and inspect cheese products according to quality and safety standards

Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and company safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Work with teammates to meet daily production goals

Assist in other packaging and production areas as needed
What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
-
Reliable, team-oriented, and hardworking

Basic math and reading skills
-
Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Manufacturing experience preferred; food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
