To maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guest common areas in accordance with the standards of Greens and the Brand.

Responsible for the usage and organization of supplies in the housekeeping department.

Understands and implements the mission statement, values, and culture always.
Include but are not limited to:
-
Ensure the environment feels welcoming when the guest walks into the hotel.
-
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
-
In addition to maintaining the hotel you will tend to the room attendant on the floors when needed, take care of guest requests, and clean rooms from time to time.
-
Do an exterior property walk picking up any trash, debris, cigarette buds, etc., making sure landscaping looks good, no spillage in the entryway or sidewalks.

Ensure entry door and windows for spots or smudges.
-
Turn in articles left in rooms to the Housekeeping office for “Lost and Found” handling.

Ensure the quality and quantity of the contents of the linen closet by organizing and cleaning it.

Ensure safety and maximum security.
-
Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.
-
Meet and exceed guest expectations by providing service and teamwork.
-
Other duties as assigned or as indicated on the letter of offer.

Report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Department Supervisor.

Must be able to perform major life activities: standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
-
Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
-
Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on Holidays, weekends, and evenings. Long hours sometimes required.

Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
Knowledgeable In:
-
Entire property, staff services, hours of operation, type of rooms, locations
-
Proper procedures for handling linens, terry, and other supplies.
-
Sanitation of supplies, guestrooms, and public areas.

Guestroom cleaning procedures
-
Daily hotel operations, check daily events, and bulletin boards, and be up to date on changes, new procedures, and events
-
Safety and security measures.
-
Report or correct any hazardous conditions observed immediately.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

High School diploma or equivalent of the same

Multi-task, detail-oriented, remain service-centric

Must be able to work alone.
