Must Have Technical/Functional Skills-
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or Product Manager
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Working in Scrum teams and creating User Stories
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather complex business requirements.
- Analyze and document requirements aligned with strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify efficiency improvements.
- Utilize advanced data modeling and analytics tools.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with advanced business process modeling tools and techniques.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration and ERP initiatives, including Oracle ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
