Supplemental Questionnaire
The Supplemental Questionnaire is a response to the questions listed below. It serves as documentation of each candidate's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing and shall be typed using:

Include Name, "Supplemental Questionnaire", JC Number and Position Number in Header, on all pages.

Questions must be clearly numbered and restated in the same order as the questions below.

Provide specific examples that demonstrate your experience, role, actions taken, and outcomes.
1. Describe your experience providing leadership in managerial and program administration, including financial management and fiscal accountability. Include examples of leading through subordinate managers, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic plans, goals, and objectives, and implementing innovative solutions to complex fiscal, programmatic, or business process challenges.
2. Describe your experience coordinating and standardizing accounting operations across an organization. Include your role in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures, and how your efforts ensured consistency, compliance, and quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
3. Describe your experience interacting and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with executive leadership and internal and external stakeholders. Include examples of collaboration with control agencies or oversight bodies (e.g., State Controller's Office, Department of Finance, State Treasurer's Office, or audit entities) to achieve complex business objectives or resolve issues.
4. Describe your experience leading, developing, and motivating staff to achieve organizational goals. Include examples of how you influenced outcomes, built cohesive teams, and fostered a positive and productive work environment that supports high performance.
5. Describe your experience providing consultative support to executive management on complex accounting operations. Include examples of advising on fiscal policy, risk, or strategic decisions, and the impact of your recommendations.
