We're hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Lincolnton, NC!
In this role, you'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, support patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training, and document daily progress per compliance standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy support under the direction of a Physical Therapist, delivering evidence-based treatments and assisting with patient care activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure charting compliance, and help patients progress through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and home programs.
- Uphold safety standards while demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- NC PTA License
- Must be adaptable, organized, and professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, handle confidential information with integrity, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
