Connecticut Mental Health Specialists is currently seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists to join their multi-disciplinary team. Psychologists provide psychological assessments and psychotherapy services in skilled nursing, assisted living and long-term care facilities in the New London County. CMHS specializes in adult and geriatric psychiatry, and provides the highest quality psychiatric care to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in CT. We are hiring in the New London County area.

Responsibilities:
Complete initial diagnostic evaluations
Provide psychological/neuropsychological assessments
Provide individual and group psychotherapy
Provide recommendations and therapeutic interventions to facility staff
Enter patient information and clinical documentation in EHR
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
State of CT Psychologist licensure
Valid driver’s license
Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an accredited university
Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
Timely documentation of clinical records
Ability to use email, internet and to learn healthcare related software systems
