What You’ll Do as a Heavy Forklift Operator:

Operate sit-down propane forklifts and/or omni-directional Combi Lift equipment safely and efficiently
-
Move oversized materials and products throughout the warehouse environment
-
Pull and stage materials based on daily production schedules
-
Support inventory accuracy by assisting with cycle counts and material tracking
-
Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting while following all safety procedures
-
Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
-
Use hand tools, band cutters, and strapping equipment as needed
-
Help maintain an organized and clean work environment
-
Learn additional equipment and processes, including overhead crane operation and packaging tools
Skills and Experience:
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
-
At least 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment
-
Experience handling oversized or heavy materials beyond standard pallet loads
-
Previous experience operating a Combi Lift or other omnidirectional forklift equipment preferred
-
Comfortable using computers for basic production schedules and inventory tasks
-
Ability to work safely in hot and cold warehouse conditions
-
Experience using hand tools in a warehouse or industrial setting
-
Willingness to learn new equipment and warehouse processes
-
Ability to lift, move, and package materials in a physically active environment
-
Experience operating an overhead crane or a miter saw is a plus, but not required
