$21–$23/hour (first 90 days)
$23–$27/hour after training review and advancement

We are currently hiring professional Level 3 Armed Security Officers to join our growing team.
Compensation & Advancement
Security Asset Solutions believes in rewarding training, professionalism, and performance.
- $21–$23 per hour during the first 90 days
- After successful completion of a Level 3 training review and additional company-provided training, officers advance to a pay scale of $23–$27 per hour
Additional advancement opportunities are available for officers who pursue leadership roles such as Field Training Officer (FTO), patrol officer, or site supervisor.
What You'll Do
Security Asset Solutions officers serve as the frontline safety presence for our clients. Officers combine strong situational awareness with excellent customer service to maintain safe environments.
Typical assignments may include:
- Event security (concerts, festivals, cultural venues)
- Business and commercial property security
- Access control and guest screening
- Foot patrols and safety monitoring
- Crowd management and incident response
Officers are expected to maintain a professional appearance, calm demeanor, and strong communication skills while interacting with guests, staff, and the public.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Monitor entrances, exits, and controlled areas
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas
- Assist guests and staff as needed
- Identify and respond to safety or security concerns
- Enforce site rules and security procedures
- Document incidents and daily activity reports
- Communicate with supervisors and emergency services when needed
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Active New Mexico Level 3 Security Guard License (Required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to write professional incident reports
- Ability to pass background screening (no felony convictions)
Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience is encouraged but not required.
