Work on both CNC and manual equipment to keep your skills sharp.

Partner directly with engineers and programmers to refine processes.

Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and/or manual mills and lathes for production and one-off parts.

Translate blueprints, drawings, and specifications into clear machining steps.

Measure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; maintain spec compliance.

Monitor machine performance and make offsets/adjustments to protect quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance; troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

Collaborate with engineers/programmers to improve cycle times and machining methods.

Keep your area organized; follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Complete production documentation and maintain accurate, timely job records.

Hands-on machining experience (CNC and/or manual).

Proficiency setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or manual machines.

Comfort with precision measurement tools and inspection practices.

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced team.

Familiarity with G-code programming (a plus, not required).
