We are looking for a highly experienced Automotive Technician that wants to enjoy going to work. We do everything we can to provide proper tooling, the resources, the culture and the cars to help you write your own paycheck.
Let me explain. I started this company 19 years ago. I was a dealer tech for 15 years and I taught automotive at a community college part time for 5 years while working at a dealer full-time. I know the business. When I opened my first shop many years ago, I had one goal in mind. It was to not do what everyone else does. Through the years we have built a business model that compliments the technicians more than anyone. Being a technician, I hated a lot of things about how things were done. So, I changed the norm of how business is done. I started in a two-bay shop, and now we have 7 successful shops in Northwest Indiana. We have happy employees because we give them direction and help them grow professionally and personally. Between our 7 stores we repair between 1800-2000 cars per month! My marketing budget for one year with all of the stores in north of 600,000.00. My job as the owner is to bring cars in, and your job is to fix them to the best of your ability In a timely manner. I am so confident in our model and our culture that you can walk into any of my stores and ask any of my staff about me and how it is to work for me. They make more money that they ever have, and we go on camping trips, baseball games, cookouts, etc. This is the business I dreamed of having and it hasn’t been easy to obtain. Leadership will either make a business or it will kill it. We have a thriving business, and we are looking for the best who feel they haven’t been treated like they are valued. We have also won many accolades. We have been published in automotive magazine Ratchet Wrench, Northwest Indiana Business, and Leader. We have also won the Times Best of the Region contest for the Best Auto Repair shop 4 years in a row!! We must be doing something right!
