Key Responsibilities
Joining GOODSTONE as a Sales Closer means stepping into a role where your passion for sales and fine jewelry converge. You will play a key role in delivering the elevated, personal experience that defines the GOODSTONE brand. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging warm, inbound leads and guiding them seamlessly from inquiry to ownership
- Delivering one-on-one consultations, introducing clients to our collection and helping them discover jewelry that reflects their stories and refined tastes
- Building long-term client relationships rooted in trust and loyalty
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals while contributing to GOODSTONE’s continued growth
- Collaborating closely with marketing and design teams to enhance the client experience and strengthen brand resonance
This high-earning role offers a base salary paired with commission designed to reward performance and exceptional results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end retail sales; fine jewelry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine appreciation for fine jewelry and craftsmanship
- Ability to build rapport and deliver a personalized, elevated service experience
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales goals while representing the GOODSTONE brand with integrity
- Weekend Availability
- Residency in Dallas, TX or willingness to relocate
