Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead new product introduction activities in a medical device manufacturing environment. This role will drive projects from development through commercialization, ensuring smooth product launches and manufacturing readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NPI projects for medical device products
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and risks
- Support product transfer, process development, and manufacturing scale-up
- Ensure compliance with FDA and GMP requirements
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in medical device manufacturing
- Hands-on NPI project experience
- Good knowledge of validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) for assembly/automation lines
- Experience working in regulated environments (FDA/GMP)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- People management experience is a plus
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
