Flight Systems Industrial Products (FSIP) is a leader in the remanufacturing and manufacturing of advanced electronics serving the industrial equipment and electric vehicle industries. We're looking for a hands-on Remanufacturing Team Lead who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and driving production excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader who thrives on developing employees, maintaining high-quality standards, and keeping production running efficiently. Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality, you'll oversee daily remanufacturing operations while promoting safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily remanufacturing operations, including disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing.
- Ensure production schedules, output targets, quality standards, and turnaround times are consistently achieved.
- Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members through training, performance feedback, and daily support.
- Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues in real time.
- Ensure remanufactured products meet OEM, customer, and internal quality standards.
- Enforce inspection, testing, and quality procedures while supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote and enforce a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Oversee inventory flow, material availability, and component traceability throughout the remanufacturing process.
- Support Lean manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or remanufacturing operations.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive operational performance.
- Experience in electronics, industrial equipment, automotive, or other technical manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
