Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all food handling and preparation processes
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation to minimize waste
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and smooth kitchen workflow
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation practices in a professional kitchen
