Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

Set the tone for each shift with an upbeat, can-do attitude

Supervise team members and support daily restaurant operations

Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain food quality standards

Assist with hiring, training, and developing new team members

Open/close the restaurant, count drawers, and complete daily checklists

Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

Lead by example and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:

Prior leadership experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred)

Excellent communication and decision-making skills
