Role Responsibilities:
- DiagnosticsRepairs: Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs with support from the service team.
- RepairsReplacements: Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.
- Quality ChecksRoad Tests: Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards.
- Routine Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.
- TrainingDevelopment: Participate in factory and inhouse training to maintain and expand technical skills.
Employee Prerequisites:

Automotive technician experience required

Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications)

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures
