The Crew Member/Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. This position requires a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work with speed, urgency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Every team member plays an important role in delivering an authentic Philly experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cheesesteaks, hoagies, wings, breakfast items, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining food quality and order accuracy.
- Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
- Accurately take guest orders and operate the POS system.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Stock and rotate products using FIFO procedures.
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and daily production.
- Complete opening, shift change, and closing duties.
- Wash dishes and keep all kitchen equipment clean and sanitized.
- Restock supplies and notify management of inventory needs.
- Work as a team to keep ticket times low during busy meal periods.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean dining room, beverage station, and restrooms as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right person.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and directions.
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler or ServSafe Certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive motions.
- Safely work around hot grills, fryers, knives, and kitchen equipment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
