We are a growing clinic based in Helena, Montana. Our clinic has been voted one of the Best in Helena for several years. Our patient population consists of orthopedic conditions spanning head to toe. We provide post-operative care, automobile accident and work comp care in addition to acute trauma. Last year we built a new 6,000 square foot building and have over 1800 sq feet dedicated to physical therapy equipment in our new building. We have brand new space to support our growing therapy team.

Dr. Jessica, our lead PT, is looking for someone with an outgoing personality that isn't afraid to handle complex cases. We are VERY busy and need someone who can think on their feet and get people well.
Position:
We are looking for a Physical Therapist that is experienced or newly graduated. Salaried position with competitive pay, and opportunity for monthly bonus options. We offer company match for retirement plan, medical insurance, continuing education support, HSA, dental insurance and paid time off.
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree in DPT with Montana state license (can be actively applying)

Responsibilities:
1. Conducts examination and evaluates and designs a plan of care to meet the patient’s goals
2. Implement patient’s individualized plan of care consisting of; manual therapy, therapeutic activity and neuromuscular rehabilitation, modalities, therapeutic exercises, gait training, establish home exercise plans and initiate family training to improve patient's participation in society.
3. Documents patient care services in electronic medical record in compliance with Federal and State laws.
4. Sustains safe and clean working environment
5. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending continuing education workshops
6. Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
