Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer WITH A JLA BADGE to join our team. The ideal candidate should posses a strong background in painting and a JLA BADGE!!! thanks for reading.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Assist with renovation projects, including drywall installation and repair.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, shelves, and trim carpentry elements.
- Utilize caulking techniques to seal gaps and improve finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting or general labor roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with renovation processes and techniques.
- Experience with fixture installation is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools such as brushes and rollers.
- Knowledge of caulking methods for sealing gaps effectively.
- Basic understanding of plastering techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Must have JLA BADGE!
