Key Responsibilities:
- Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally in classroom settings.

- Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as directed.
- Support student mobility, provide supervision, and assist with personal care if needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- TB test required per school guidelines.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk throughout the day to assist students.
- Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
- CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials welcome but not required.
- Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach.
