What You'll Do
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Install ductwork, ventilation, and system components
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Test and verify system performance upon completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete required installation documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
