Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Assembler III to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic/mechanical assembly, soldering, cabling, and harnessing.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire electronic components using drawings, parts lists, and work instructions.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
- Identify and install the correct components for assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Inspect your own work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Use a computer to document and track work activities.
- Follow company procedures and manufacturing documentation.
- Help maintain and organize tools and equipment.
- Follow Lean and 5S practices.
- Support other production areas, including assembly, kitting, warehouse, and stockroom, when needed.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, technical certificate, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in electronic/mechanical assembly, cabling, or harnessing.
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and written instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
