The Business Office Manager is a key and visible department supervisor working directly with all residents, family and employees. The Business Office Manager is responsible for the timely input of information within the accounting systems at the nursing facility and those which interface with the home office. Some essential functions of the B.O.M is Census, New Admissions, Discharge, Medicaid Pending Cases, RFMS Setup and Management and Financial and Collections. Must have general computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
