4 or more years of experience working in the areas of curriculum design, program design, behavior change, culture change, student development, skill acquisition, project implementation, sexual violence, public health, social work, wellness, health education, or related field.
Experience working in a higher education environment or with college-aged individuals.
Experience utilizing student development theory.
Familiarity with aspects of relationship violence, stalking, sexual harassment and sexual assault.
Experience developing culturally inclusive programs and working with and/or advocating on behalf of marginalized people (e.g., African American, Asian-American, Faith-Based, International, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, Native American).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Training in or experience with Student Wellness Center philosophies and approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, Bystander Intervention or Green Dot, etc).
Experience teaching or facilitating conversations in topics such identity, bias, privilege, power, sexual violence, cultural norms, respectful interactions, sexual health, empathy, empowering others, modeling positive behaviors.
