What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families from the first call through treatment acceptance
- Confidently present orthodontic treatment plans, timelines, and benefits
- Clearly explain financial options and help patients feel comfortable moving forward
- Address questions and objections with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and case starts to maximize success
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate records and track treatment acceptance
