Door to Door Sales Representative
Pedro’s Detailing is hiring motivated door to door sales representatives in Merced and surrounding areas.
This is a commission based sales position for someone who is comfortable approaching homeowners, handling rejection, and closing appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about our mobile detailing services
- Book qualified customers for same day or scheduled appointments
- Collect customer information and communicate booked jobs to management
- Represent Pedro’s Detailing professionally in the field
Compensation
- Commission paid for every completed sale
- No earning cap
- Strong performers can earn more through higher sales volume
- Opportunities to move into territory leadership as the company expands
This is not an hourly position. Your income depends on your ability to sell.

- Self motivated and able to work without constant supervision
- Sales experience is preferred but not required

Schedule
Flexible schedule, but representatives must be available during productive residential sales hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
