Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to promote our products and services

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches, client outreach, and market expansion efforts
- Conduct follow-up communications to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, professional communication skills, and active listening during all client interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling and client communication
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry processes
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience in phone communication, call center operations, or customer service roles involving phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to analyze data, handle cash transactions if necessary, and maintain high levels of accuracy in typing and computer use
