MANAGER, WEDDING SALES AND MARKETING
Do you love weddings? You've just found your dream job! Original Weddings is a photography and videography studio. Your job will be to oversee our online booking, sales, marketing and advertising process, helping couples pick the perfect photo and video package to capture their love story forever! You'll spend your time on telephone and video calls with couples, as well as managing our overall sales and marketing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Host phone or Zoom consultations to uncover each couple’s story, vision, and budget
- Recommend tailored photo and video packages, clearly explaining timelines, add‑ons, and next steps
- Own your pipeline: prompt text and email follow‑ups, accurate notes in our CRM, and steady progress toward monthly booking goals
- Manage our CRM, including developing a deep understanding of automations, messages, templates, tools, techniques and timelines
- Stay current on wedding aesthetics, technology, and hospitality trends so every recommendation feels fresh and relevant
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand‑off once a contract is signed
- Hire and train additional salespeople and wedding consultants as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Unmistakable passion for weddings—you care about the little details that make a day unforgettable
- Relational sales mindset—you listen first, guide second, and close naturally
- Magnetic communication skills—warm phone presence, quick and clear writing, and confident on‑camera demeanor
- Evening availability (1 PM – 10 PM CST).
- Tech‑savvy: comfortable with Zoom, HighLevel, texting platforms, Google Workspace, and CRMs
- Background in hospitality, event planning, or guest services is a strong plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

HIRING PROCESS

- Mock sales call: run a 20‑minute simulated consultation with a team member acting as a couple
- Final interview with the CEO
