Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid California state SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience supporting school-aged children, preferably in a school environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working across K-12th grade caseloads
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions based on students’ IEP goals and identified needs
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and team members
- Develop personalized therapeutic interventions and progress reports
- Maintain up-to-date records and communicate progress to families and staff
- Receive detailed caseload assignments during the interview process
