Attention Luxury Sales Opticians!
One of the Bay Area's most unique high end optical shops is looking for an experienced optician to make our practice the best in the Silicon Valley. We look for someone who lives, breaths and dreams optical and eager to learn more in the eye related healthcare industry and how to sell quality products to quality customers.
The candidate should possess natural and terrific interpersonal skills with exceptional dedication to customer service, team-oriented, punctual, reliable and has a good grasp on current trends in eyewear, optical technologies and some eyecare knowledge with healthy desire to learn even more.
Furthermore, this candidate would be a self-starter who when not selling is keeping the store clean and finishing necessary paperwork and forms. He or she would know nothing in a small practice is beneath them and strive to become more and make more through their hard work and diligence.
Other desirable skills:
-Familiarity in Word processing softwares, Excel Spreadsheet, Publisher and social media. Can also type accurately 55 words or more per minute.
-Check in patients, enter data into computer, electronic medical record, sanitize and pretest with optical equipments.
-Organize the office and optical display area for seasonal changes and store promotions.
-Contact lens training knowledge is a plus but will train with the right candidate.

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
