We are currently partnered with a top Transaction Advisory firm looking to add a Transaction Advisory Services Vice President to their growing healthcare team. This team is on track to have another record breaking year and both roles are sitting fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Advisory Services (TAS): Assist clients in managing and executing financial due diligence, M&A transactions, and portfolio company support, leveraging your expertise in TAS and generalist advisory.

Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Team Leadership:

Vice President: Take on a more senior role managing a team, providing strategic insights, and overseeing the execution of larger, more complex transactions.

Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and contribute insights into strategic decisions for clients and the firm.

Growth Mindset: Contribute to the firm's rapid growth, with opportunities for internal mobility and promotions, while taking an active role in client and business development.
Qualifications:

Vice President:

4+ years of experience in TAS or relevant advisory fields, with at least 1+ year of experience managing teams.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and managing multiple engagements.

Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship management skills.

Industry expertise in healthcare is preferred.
