Sales Representative & Social Media Brand Ambassador – Annapolis, Maryland
CLA Title & Escrow is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and creative Sales Representative to help grow our market share in Annapolis and the surrounding area.
This is a great opportunity for someone beginning a career in sales who is ready to learn, work hard, build relationships, and become a visible face of our company in the local real estate community.
Previous title or real estate experience is not required. We will teach you the industry and provide the tools and support you need to succeed.
The right candidate is:
- Outgoing, bubbly, personable, and confident
- Comfortable making calls and setting appointments
- Willing to attend meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Creative and active on social media
- Comfortable appearing in photos and videos
- Interested in creating engaging content about CLA Title, real estate, title insurance, local events, and the industry
- Able to think like a blogger or content creator by sharing useful information, company updates, and experiences
- Coachable, dependable, organized, and eager to learn
- Willing to put in the work required to build a successful book of business
Responsibilities include:
- Making outbound sales calls and following up with prospects
- Scheduling and attending client meetings
- Building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, investors, and other professionals
- Attending local networking events and community functions
- Creating social media posts, videos, and other original content
- Highlighting company events, employees, clients, and industry topics
- Building a recognizable personal brand connected to CLA Title
- Learning the title and escrow industry
- Helping expand the CLA Title & Escrow brand throughout the Annapolis market
We are looking for someone who can combine traditional sales activities with modern social media marketing. You should be willing to pick up the phone, meet people face-to-face, attend events, and creatively share your journey and industry knowledge online.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
