At Caragiulos, hospitality is personal. As we prepare to open our new downtown Sarasota home located in 1833 Ringling Blvd, we are building a front door team rooted in warmth, awareness, and genuine care for people.
We are seeking a gracious, polished, and highly organized Guest Experience Coordinator who understands that hospitality begins the moment a guest walks through the door. This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ultimately, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in making others feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
- Support an organized and efficient flow of reservations, seating, and guest arrivals.
- Track guest preferences, special requests, and important details with care and accuracy.
- Communicate with managers and service team to ensure smooth pacing and guest comfort.
- Monitor wait times, table readiness, and overall dining room flow.
- Respond to guest needs with a calm, thoughtful, and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a polished and welcoming front-of-house presence at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
