Overview:
The Team Lead - Patient Service Representative is responsible for the patient check-in process, electronically update patient personal and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:45 PM

Responsibilities:
- Performs opening and closing clinic duties.

Greets patients, checks in appointments and verifies insurance.

Scans documents into electronic health record.
-
Maintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter throughout the day.

Checks schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments throughout the day.
-
Schedules follow up appointments as needed.

Responds to designated tasks in the electronic health record.

Sells and tracks cosmetic products.
-
Distributes mail.
-
Prepares for next day scheduled appointments.

Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
