The Production Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality printed and graphic products in a fast-paced production environment. This role operates printing and finishing equipment, prepares materials, packages completed orders, assists with installations, and helps ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital printing, sign production, or graphic communications
- Experience operating large-format printers and finishing equipment
- Ability to laminate, mount, trim, and finish products to precise specifications
- Understanding of color management and print quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
