Lola’s Cafe brings its fresh, modern, and welcoming approach to food and hospitality to the PDX Airport, and we’re looking for a customer service centric individual to join our team in the front of house.

This is a fast-paced setting, and ideal candidates are quick thinkers, adaptable, and enjoy being part of a team that supports one another. We’re looking for people who take initiative, stay organized, and bring a positive attitude to each shift.
Front of House (Counter Service / Bar): You’ll be the face of Lola’s, engaging with guests, moving efficiently through orders, and creating a welcoming, upbeat experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset are key.
Schedule & Environment: Airport hours mean early mornings, daytime shifts, and some evenings. Reliability and flexibility are important, and we value working with our team around family and educational priorities.
Compensation: Starting pay is competitive and based on experience with a shared tip pool. We are located in the highest traffic area of PDX which offers strong earning potential in a supportive, team-driven environment.
