Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting various delivery routes. This individual will be working closely with drivers to help plan their loads for the next day. This individual will need to be a self-starter, that can work independently. The position hours will be Mon-Fri 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM.
Duties
- Coordinate the next day operations
- Receiving and processing orders in a timely manner via phone or email
- Monitoring drivers progress throughout their shift
- Confirming driver route are efficient and making needed adjustments
- Reacting quickly to issues at customer sites and ensuring a safe and effective resolution
- Monitor electronic gauges daily at customer sites
- Preparing daily routes
- Helping other dispatchers out when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Two years of dispatching experience
- Two years of customer service experience
- On call rotation including weekends and holidays
- Dayshift Position Mon - Fri 4 am - 2 pm
- Two years of Word and Excel experience
