As our Entry-Level Sales Team Member, you will assist our customers in selecting Frontier’s high-speed internet and TV solutions, now enhanced by Verizon. The Entry-Level Sales Team Member also delivers sales recommendations that improve their connectivity experience.
As an Entry-Level Sales Team Member, you will kick off your role with hands-on preparation to champion Frontier’s high-speed internet and flexible TV bundles. The Entry-Level Sales Team Member’s training will emphasize how to navigate sales outreach with empathy, turning everyday customer interactions into valuable discussions about reliable home connectivity.
Role Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales Team Member
- Introduce customers to Frontier through in-person conversations that highlight the value of reliable home connectivity and entertainment solutions.
- Build foundational sales skills by helping customers explore Frontier fiber internet plans and TV packages that align with their needs.
- Support sales efforts by answering questions, sharing service information, and creating positive customer experiences throughout the sales process.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to identify customer interests and recommend appropriate Frontier internet and TV solutions.
- Develop strong customer relationships that encourage trust, satisfaction, and future sales opportunities.
- Contribute to team sales goals by maintaining a positive attitude, staying informed on Frontier offerings, and participating in ongoing training.
