- Lead a small crew delivering commercial power washing services
- Drive to multiple job sites daily using company trucks
- Ensure every project meets our high-quality standards
- Train and mentor your team members
- Handle customer communication and problem-solving
What We Need
- Power washing, pressure washing, OR window cleaning experience (required)
- Clean driving record and comfortable driving trucks daily
- Leadership experience - you've managed people before
- Flexible schedule - available for varied shifts (35-60 hours/week)
- Professional attitude with customers and team
