Your job is to guide them, educate them, and help them book the right treatment. What You'll Do- Respond to a high volume of inbound website leads and phone calls.- Convert interested prospects into booked consultations and procedures.- Follow up with warm and previously interested leads.- Rebook existing patients for additional treatments.- Build rapport, educate patients, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.- Keep detailed notes and maintain an organized sales pipeline in our CRM.- Work with clinic teams to maximize patient experience and scheduling. Our sales cycles range from 10 minutes to 3 weeks, so you'll manage both quick wins and longer follow-up opportunities. Requirements- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience- Strong phone presence and communication skills- Excellent organization and follow-up- Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals- Coachable and eager to learn- Comfortable using CRM software and managing multiple leads Experience as a medical aesthetics patient or familiarity with Botox, fillers, weight loss, or other cosmetic procedures is preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates who are eager to learn.
