About the Role
The Guest Experience & Sales Host is a key front-of-house role at CLOVR Life Spa, responsible for creating an exceptional first and last impression for every guest while supporting membership growth, retail sales, and the overall flow of daily spa operations.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by both service and sales. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in choosing CLOVR for their wellness, beauty, and self-care needs.
A strong focus of this position is membership sales, retail recommendations, appointment booking, guest retention, and delivering a polished luxury spa experience from check-in to checkout.

- Has strong sales experience, preferably in membership sales
- Loves creating memorable guest experiences
- Is confident speaking with guests about memberships, services, upgrades, and retail products
- Thrives in a team environment
- Is professional, polished, ethical, and warm
- Enjoys staying busy and taking initiative
- Communicates clearly and positively
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Is flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Has spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, fitness, retail, or client service experience
Membership sales experience is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to all guests and members
- Welcome guests warmly and support a smooth check-in and checkout experience
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments accurately
- Educate guests on CLOVR memberships, services, enhancements, and retail products
- Promote and sell memberships with confidence and professionalism
- Recommend retail products based on guest needs and provider suggestions
- Support membership retention by creating a positive and personalized guest experience
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with booking opportunities
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front desk and retail area
- Stock, organize, and merchandise retail products as needed
- Support daily spa operations and help keep the guest flow smooth
- Communicate effectively with providers, leadership, and team members
- Help create an environment that encourages guest loyalty, rebooking, and membership growth
Skills & Qualifications
- Sales experience required
- Membership sales experience strongly preferred
- Spa, salon, wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, or client service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Comfortable promoting memberships, services, upgrades, and retail products
- Strong phone etiquette and professional presence
- Experience with appointment booking or scheduling systems preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
