Read this first: This role is fully onsite in East Austin, 5 days a week during ramp (roughly 8–6). Remote days are earned after you hit attainment targets post-ramp. If you can't commit to onsite, this isn't the role, no need to apply.

Rosella is a venture-backed commercial insurance brokerage built for the SMB market. We're hiring producers who can sell, not insurance veterans. Our best closers came from payroll, freight, solar, payments, and staffing, not from insurance.
Why this is different from every other closing job
You've been grinding outbound somewhere, hitting quota, closing deals, then starting from zero again next month. Nothing you close sticks to you.
Here every policy you close renews. You build a book of business that compounds year over year, so the work you put in now keeps paying out. AI handles the quoting and admin. You focus on selling.
Compensation
- $70K base
- $130–180K OTE
- Equity component
What we require (hard lines - please don't apply without these)
- Two consecutive years of documented quota attainment
- Genuine cold outbound experience, net-new closing, the colder the leads the better
- SMB / high-volume background (not enterprise-only, long-cycle profiles)
- Stable tenure, no pattern of short stints
- Based in Austin or genuinely ready to relocate
Backgrounds we love
Payroll/HCM (ADP, Paychex, Insperity), merchant services and payments, freight brokerage, solar D2D, staffing sales, copier/office tech, and captive insurance producers. Construction, restaurant, or home-health sales experience is a strong plus.
Licensing
You'll need a Texas P&C license. It's about three days of focused study, and we cover the exam cost (~$100).
