We are a fine dining, high volume restaurant.
We require:
Experience in management in a fine dining environment.
Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Capable of working 10 hour shifts.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage cost.
Ability to mitigate stressful situations.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
