Overview
Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a cocktails, wine and Bourbon knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring all equipment is properly stocked and sanitized.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the Toast POS system while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Stay informed about current drink trends, brewing techniques, and food safety practices to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in the restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Experience with brewing or crafting specialty cocktails is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
