Job Summary
Aker Restaurant and Lounge is looking for an energetic, dependable, and team-oriented busser to join our front-of-house team.
What we are looking for:
3/4 shifts per week
Open availability is preferred (we are open for dinner service 7 days a week)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Restaurant experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate
$13 and hour plus tips and growth opportunities
Duties
Clear, reset, and maintain dining tables efficiently
Support servers to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Maintain cleanliness of dining room and patio
Refill waters and polish glassware
Work closely with front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred but not required
Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers
Demonstrated understanding of food handling safety standards
Utah alcohol certification and food handlers permit must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire
Must be 21 years old or older
