Responsibilities

- Manage sales administration tasks including order processing, documentation, and follow-up communications
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services through various channels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Preferred (but not required)
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities (bilingual/multilingual proficiency is a bonus)
- Ability to effectively handle telemarketing efforts while maintaining professionalism and persistence
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and benefits administration practices to enhance customer engagement
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
