Position Summary

Safety & Quality: Prioritize safety to achieve zero incidents. Adhere to GMP, Food Safety standards, and QMS protocols (including closing out work orders).
Data Management: Use CMMS software to track work, time, repair codes, and log component usage for contract maintenance/renewal tracking.
Teamwork & 6S: Maintain shift-to-shift communication. Clean oil, grease, and debris post-repair, adhering to the Shop 6S program.
Performance Requirements
Complete work orders within estimated times (rolling 90-day average).
Zero repeat GMP/Food Safety violations and zero accidental machinery damage.
Strict adherence to the attendance policy.
Skills & Qualifications
Required: Blueprint reading (interpreting blueprints/schematics); practical plumbing and electrical systems knowledge; equipment inspecting experience.
Tech & Math: High detail orientation for CMMS inputs; basic math skills using tape measures/micrometers.
