In this role, you will engage with customers in person, communicate product and service information clearly in both English and Spanish, and help drive sales growth through strong customer interactions.

Responsibilities as a Bilingual Sales Associate:
- Engage with potential and existing customers in face-to-face sales environments.
- Communicate product and service offerings effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and professional communication.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their goals.
- Help drive sales growth by creating positive customer experiences and generating new business opportunities.
- Participate in daily team meetings focused on sales performance, training, and development.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies.
Requirements as a Bilingual Sales Associate:
- Must be fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
