Responsibilities
- Drive leasing activity and occupancy for a 240-unit garden apartment community
- Execute marketing and leasing strategies that hit revenue goals
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospective and current resident
- Uphold Fair Housing compliance and company standards
Skills
- 3+ years in a sales-focused property management or real estate role
- Hands-on experience with lease-ups or new acquisitions
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach to sales
- Sharp communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Comfort with property management software - Entrata experience HUGE plus.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
