What You’ll Do:

Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and quality of life

Develop individualized treatment plans and goals

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
Qualifications:

Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Passion for providing high-quality patient care
